School Supplies 2009-2010 (print version: School Supplies)
General Info - no wheeled book bags - this is a safety
concern, please label ALL supplies with first and last name, ALL
grades need P.E. shoes AND a pair of socks to leave at school.
First Grade - Student planner - purchased at registration, 2 4
oz bottles of glue, 4 glue sticks, 2 boxes of crayons, 20 #2
pencils, 3 pocket folders, 2 big pink erasers, 5 black fine-line
dry-erase markers,1 ruler with standard units (to the quarter inch)
and metric units, 1 small plastic pencil box, 1 backpack - no
wheels, 2 boxes of ziploc bags (1 quart size, 1 gallon size), 1
pair of gym shoes, 1 pair of socks to leave at school for p.e., 1
paint shirt, 1 box of kleenex, 1 container of disinfectant
wipes
Second Grade - Student planner - purchased at registration,
student journal purchased at registration, 6 pocket folders, 36 #2
pencils, 4 big - pink erasers, 2 large elmer’s glue bottles, 6
large glue sticks, 1 scissors, 3 small boxes of crayons, markers -
1 package each -- thin and thick - basic colors, 4 dry erase
markers, 1 pack 3 x 5 index cards, 1 pack 5 x 8 index cards, a
pencil bag large enough for all supplies, p.e. shoes and socks, 1
large container of Wet Ones, 1 large box of ziploc bags, book
bag.
Third Grade - Student planner -- purchased at
registration, No Binders/Trappers!, Expandable File
Folder-7pockets, scissors, ruler, crayons, washable markers,
colored pencils, glue sticks, 2 dozen pencils, erasers, 2
composition notebooks-wide ruled, loose-leaf wide ruled notebook
paper, 2 boxes of large kleenex, p.e. shoes and socks, ziploc
bags,pencil box or pencil bag. multiplication flash cards
Fourth Grade - Student planner -- purchased at
registration, Expandable File Folder - 7 subject (no 3-ring), 1 -
70ct. wide-rule spiral notebook, 1 pkg. - Thin Markers, 1 pkg. -
Colored Pencils, 1 - scissors, 1 - Regular Elmers (not school
glue), 1 - Pencil Bag, 1 - Blue or Black Ink Pen, 2 - Erasers, 2 -
Highlighter, 24 - PRE SHARPENED pencils, 1- 200 ct. Wide Rule
“loose leaf” paper, 1 - tissue box, 1 pair - white-soled gym
shoes/socks, 1 - book bag - no wheels
* Note that some items (pens, pencils, loose leaf) will need to be
replenished at some point, but please keep any extras at home until
requested due to limited desk space.
Please do not bring: personal pencil sharpeners or rulers
